LES MILLS™ programs are updated every three months with new choreography, music and instructor education to ensure they are fresh, up to date and in line with the latest research, creating group exercise experiences enjoyed by millions around the world. State-of-the-art instructor training and education and a unique group fitness management system are provided to maximize the business potential of the LES MILLS™ programs!




Get lean, toned and fit – FAST. You will be using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 590 calories*. Find your own rhythm in a cycling workout that delivers maximum cardio results with minimum impact on your joints.RPM™ tunes you in to great music and takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your training level over time. Our instructors will show you how to set up your bike and all the basic cycling moves. RPM™ Endurance Ride

A 60-minute RPM™ endurance challenge! Build strength & cardiovascular endurance by including one additional climb & speed track to our regular45-minute ride.This class is designed to challengeintermediate to advanced cyclist! If you’re a cycle enthusiast, then this ride is for you come join us for the ultimate adrenaline ride of your life.


A 90-minute RPM™ endurance challenge! Focuses on developing endurance by including additional intervals for power, climbs for strength, speed for cardiovascular & mixed terrain for recovery. Our riders are coached to manage your effort go the distance. You will leave feeling empowered and ready to conquer the world.



Is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories* in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.



Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together.

All the moves in CXWORX™ have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout our instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.






Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.During BODYFLOW® an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and our instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Get a complete workout with our reinvented step class. We combine step aerobics with body sculpting, jumping rope, sliding, and funk aerobics. Gets your heart and lungs in shape and tones your tush. Step aerobics is a terrific cross-training activity for runners, cyclists, and walkers.




Perfect for everybody and everybody! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check!!




Perfect for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba®Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! The lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks enhances your sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.


Active Adult Classes

Below is the list of group fitness classes offered for our Active Adults 55 & Up. These classes have been designed and modified to focus on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance.


Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.


Line Dancing

Want hard core fun with the latest craze in country? Come join us on the dance floor for a fun and invigorating class. You can leave your cowboy home, just come and have fun. Oh and yes it’s easy to learn! You’ll be dancing like a pro in no time.



Low-impact exercise is weight-bearing activity that involves at least one foot on the ground at all times. These weight-beating activities make you work or move against gravity. Low Impact activities include walking & using elliptical trainers & stair-step machines.


Chair Cardio & Strength

Multiple circuit workouts utilizing strength trainers located upstairs, treadmills and walking laps. These low impact routines are effective for beginners, people in chronic pain, those recovering from surgeries.


Chair Yoga

Ground your mind and body with this 60-minute chair flow. Perfect for Active Adults 55 & Up, chair yoga is a great way to relax from head to toe without the stress of getting out of your chair. This flow is also perfect for those wanting a quick way to stretch your body & relieve tension while at work. Open your hips, move your shoulders & neck, & find length in your spine.
