LES MILLS™ programs are updated every three months with new choreography, music and instructor education to ensure they are fresh, up to date and in line with the latest research, creating group exercise experiences enjoyed by millions around the world!
BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. BODYPUMP is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.
The ARK offers all three GRIT classes. We have them on a 9-week rotation. You can ask one of our GRIT instructors for more details. GRIT is the only class that is not included in our unlimited class package. You can purchase a GRIT card with 12 classes at the front desk!
LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
LES MILLS GRIT™ Plyo is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body. RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session*.
With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together.
All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Perfect for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba®Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! Active Adult Classes
Below is the list of group ﬁtness classes oﬀered for our Active Adults 55 & Up. These classes have been designed and modiﬁed to focus on all elements of ﬁtness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, ﬂexibility and balance.
Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
Low-impact exercise is weight-bearing activity that involves at least one foot on the ground at all times. These weight-beating activities make you work or move against gravity. Low Impact activities include walking & using elliptical trainers & stair-step machines.
Ground your mind and body with this 60-minute chair ﬂow. Perfect for Active Adults 55 & Up, chair yoga is a great way to relax from head to toe without the stress of getting out of your chair. This ﬂow is also perfect for those wanting a quick way to stretch your body & relieve tension while at work. Open your hips, move your shoulders & neck, & ﬁnd length in your spine.
